Tech N9ne and his party crew from the 816 team up with the Iowa State Cyclones to smash into the end zone on “Comin’ Thru”.

The brand new track, first announced online with a preview clip, is now out in its entirety and features Tech N9ne, Krizz Kaliko, Kutt Calhoun, and Makzilla as the 816 Boyz providing a new anthem for the Iowa State Cyclones football team.

Produced by JMAC, the producer behind “Rock Yo Head” from Tech N9ne’s E.B.A.H., “Comin’ Thru” also features live instrumentation from the Iowa State drumline and fellow student Tyler Mock on guitar.

With this kind of a track backing up the team on the field, expect a few heads to get smashed.

Tech N9ne, Krizz Kaliko, Kutt Calhoun, and Makzilla were spotted at the auto show this past Friday night.  Sporting brand new “Abu Dhabi” coach jackets, the group made their way around the auto show floor and snapped a quick photo with fans.  Listeners were first introduced to the 816 Boyz on Tech N9ne’s Sickology 101 thanks to the massive single, “Areola”.

With rumors of new 816 Boyz material, could Tech N9ne and his team of wild characters be looking to drop a new single?

Recently, the Real Idaho Tech Squad began spreading the “I Buy Kutt Calhoun” image above on Facebook, Twitter, and even TheRealTechN9ne.com.  The campaign sparked other Kutt Calhoun fans to start a new movement in support of the Kansas City Chief and his music.  It didn’t take long for the campaign to reach Tech N9ne as just a few hours later, Tech N9ne tweeted the image with the phrase, “Me too!” With Kutt Calhoun absent from the “Hostile Takeover 2012″ Tour, fans all over have rallied behind the emcee in support of all of his projects and live performances.  The incredible show of respect and love from the fans is just another example of how powerful and special the bond is between Kutt Calhoun and his listeners.  Many have shown their support, will you join and back the Kansas City Chief?

Smokers everywhere are about to get a new anthem thanks to Baby Bash’s latest single, “Hotboxin The Van”.  Joined by Paul Wall and Marcus Manchild, Bash takes the hotbox method to a new level with this wild music video that features some very familiar faces.

Fans may recall that during The Lost Cities Tour, Tech N9ne, Krizz Kaliko, and Kutt Calhoun visited the set of Baby Bash’s video which also features a cameo from Slim Thug.  With brief cameos in “Hotboxin The Van”, Tech N9ne and his partners add an extra dose of strange happenings.  This is not the first time the Midwest MC has connected with Baby Bash or Paul Wall, as all three MCs have  a history together that include several collaborations.  Tech N9ne may not exactly participate in the cloudy habit anymore, but even he had to join in for a screwed up time.

Picking up where he left off with “He’s A Mental Giant”, Seven drops this melodic and almost hypnotizing production on Welcome To Strangeland.  If there’s one thing that stands out the most, it’s the absolutely monstrous bass that shakes the very foundation of the track.  Makzilla, Kutt Calhoun, and Krizz Kaliko all join in to complete the 816 Boyz line up.  The tracks gives Welcome To Strangeland one of its first breaks from the serious material and takes listeners into a sexually explicit romp through Tech’s fantasy world.  Kutt Calhoun makes an impressive strike with his slowed down flow, focusing more on metaphors and lyrics than anything else.  Makzilla takes the spotlight for himself with a hilarious verse to close out the strip club anthem.  Although Tech N9ne spits another flawless verse, the rest of the 816 Boyz make sure that “Bang Out” evenly plays out on all parts.

Kutt Calhoun says:

“It’s an 816 Boys song, myself, Tech N9ne, Krizz Kaliko, and Makzilla.  It’s a dope song, it’s very club savvy.  It’s very modern day savvy, you know.  Simple hook and of course we on there doing our thing.  Rapping like a motherfucker on there.  I kind of changed up my pattern on this one.  I had a more subtle approach, more metaphoric, more punch-liney on this one.  Just to show the diversity once again. Everybody knows we can rap fast and with the tongue twisting words and real intricate lyrics and I just wanted to just let them know, that ain’t the only thing I can do.  I can dumb it down a little bit too and still have swag on there.  Still make a statement, make a point with being witty and having metaphors and punch lines.  That’s just one of them songs man, if you put it on at the club it’s going to bang all day.  Strip club, regular club, and this definitely could have been a single for Welcome To Strangeland too.  You know it’s not over as Tech said, ‘We ain’t done yet.’ So, it could possibly be one, you just never know.”

After wrapping up one of the most anticipated tours in Tech N9ne’s career, The All 6′s and 7′s Tour, the country is still buzzing about the performances from Strange Music artists.

Completing 83 shows in 85 days, Tech N9ne and company took the country by storm over the past three months.  If you weren’t able to go to a show from the All 6′s and 7′s Tour, luckily there is plenty of footage from the mayhem.  From ¡Mayday!’s Tour Log to fan-made videos, you are able to get a taste of what went down.

One fan, Tim Bird, created a well-produced video of the All 6′s and 7′s show in Orlando.  The video shows footage from a special guest appearance by Oobergeek, Stevie Stone, ¡MAYDAY!, Kutt Calhoun, Jay Rock, Krizz Kaliko and Tech N9ne.
