Use a saline flush (wound wash), squirt it directly in both eyes (to keep it from spreading to the other one).
Inflammation of the eye is usually caused by bacteria or a virus. Anti-biotics only fuck up your gut’s natural flora, leaving you with problems digesting, gas, bloating. Antibiotics are BAD and rarely help more than what the body would have done naturally.
Flush that eye twice a day for about 4 days bro, two people in my home had the same thing, and the saline wash got rid of it quick.

If it goes away and comes back with any frequency it’s likley chronic blepharitis which is commonly mis diagnosed as pink eye.
